Why ten days changes everything
On a two-day cruise you visit an anchorage. On a ten-day voyage you stop counting them. There is time to wait out the weather, to stay a second night somewhere that deserves it, to reach the bays that day boats never see because they have to be home by five.
Three islands, three flags, three entirely different characters: the Creole gastronomy of Grand-Case, the discreet glamour of Gustavia, and the long empty sandbars of Anguilla — all within a few hours' sailing of one another, and all far more interesting from the water.
The boat is yours for the whole voyage. The route below is the one we sail most often, but nothing in it is fixed: if you would rather spend two nights at Colombier and skip Gustavia, we simply sail it that way.

Nine nights at anchor, never twice in the same place unless you ask for it.

Saint-Martin, Grand-Case
Boarding from the Grand-Case jetty at 6 pm: welcome cocktail, briefing, and settling into your cabin. Dinner on board and a first night at anchor in the bay.

Grand-Case to Tintamarre
About an hour under sail to Tintamarre, an uninhabited nature reserve. Walk in the footsteps of the island's former inhabitants, and snorkel the Japanese Garden. Lunch, dinner and night at anchor.

Tintamarre to Île Fourchue
Roughly three hours' sailing to Île Fourchue, a volcanic nature reserve north of Saint-Barth. Paddleboarding, snorkelling with turtles, a walk ashore. Lunch on board, dinner and night at anchor.

Île Fourchue to Gustavia
Into Gustavia to explore the town and the island at your own pace — car or scooter rental is not included, and lunch ashore is on you. Back to the harbour by 5 pm, then on to Colombier. Dinner and night at anchor.

Saint-Barth to Baie Longue
Back towards Saint-Martin along the southern and western coasts, to the long beach at Baie Longue. Lunch and dinner on board, night at anchor.

Baie Longue to Road Bay, Anguilla
A coastal passage across to Anguilla and its British calm. Lunch and dinner on board, night at anchor in Road Bay.

Prickly Pear and Sandy Island
An hour's sail to the nature reserve and turquoise water of Prickly Pear. Lunch on board, then back towards Road Bay with a swim stop at Sandy Island — a sandbar with a handful of palms and nothing else.

Road Bay to Friar's Bay
A coastal passage with a lunch stop at Maunday's Bay and its crystalline water. In the afternoon, on to Friar's Bay. Dinner on board, night at anchor.

Friar's Bay to Créole Rock
A morning passage to Créole Rock by way of Happy Bay. Snorkelling in the nature reserve that has become the emblem of Grand-Case. A last dinner on board and a last night at anchor.

Back to Grand-Case
After breakfast, your voyage ends with a return to the Grand-Case jetty by 11 am at the latest.

Questions about the ten-day voyage
Is the price really for the whole boat?
Yes. 8 950 € in low season covers the catamaran, the skipper, the hostess, fuel, insurance, mooring and reserve fees, and every meal on board for two guests — not per person. A third and fourth guest can join for 2 250 € each in low season.
Do we have to follow this exact route?
No. This is the itinerary we sail most often because it works, but the boat is privately chartered: we adjust it to the weather, to what you enjoy, and to how long you want to stay in each anchorage. Tell us what matters to you and we will propose a route before you book.
Do we need passports for Anguilla and Saint-Barth?
Yes — the voyage crosses three jurisdictions: French Saint-Martin, French Saint-Barth and British Anguilla. Bring valid passports for everyone on board. We handle the clearances and the local fees are already in the price.
What happens if the weather turns?
Over ten days there is almost always a way around it. The skipper adjusts the order of the islands and picks sheltered anchorages — one of the real advantages of a long voyage over a two-day cruise, where a bad forecast leaves no room to manoeuvre.
